    Design & Specification

    Client brief reviewed by our in-house design studio. Technical drawings, material specs, and finish samples approved before production begins.

    Material Sourcing & Inspection

    Premium raw materials -- glass, solid wood, MDF, metal hardware -- sourced from vetted suppliers and inspected for grade consistency upon arrival.

    Frame Cutting & Shaping

    CNC and hand-routing equipment cut frames to precise tolerances. Joinery is glued and pinned for structural longevity -- no staple-only construction.

    Surface Finishing & Coating

    Multi-layer sanding, priming, and finish application -- gilding, antiquing, lacquer, or custom colour matching -- applied in a dust-controlled environment.

    Mirror Glass Cutting & Silvering

    Float glass cut to exact dimensions, edges polished or bevelled per spec. Silver-backing applied with anti-moisture sealant for long-term clarity.

    Assembly & Hardware Fitting

    Glass set into frame with vibration-dampening backing. Hanging hardware, D-rings, and wall fixings installed and load-tested to spec.

    100% Visual QC Inspection

    Every finished piece reviewed under controlled lighting for scratches, finish inconsistencies, glass distortion, and dimensional accuracy. Zero-defect standard.

    Export Packaging & Dispatch
